| - Honestly, not that there is even any reason to add to the list of disappointments but I couldn't agree with these people more. Never in my life have I been so mistreated, disregarded and dismissed, especially by a healthcare provider. Didn't these people go to school for this? Or maybe their parents didn't teach them proper manners? It's truly hard to say.
Clearly these people are being over worked not to mention they are completely incapable of any organization or proper communication. Not only have I waited for hours, but I also have been told my appointment wasn't even scheduled for what I had mentioned to the receptionist. Therefore the proper paperwork wasn't attained beforehand. If you're going to overbook, you need a little foresight and again, PROPER COMMUNICATION.
Unfortunately I believe this to be a major problem here is Las Vegas. I have never been met by more incompetence, disregard and disrespect for basic life activities. And your healthcare is quite frankly the LAST thing you should ever compromise on, period. I was told by this staff that if I didn't receive a phone call then nothing was wrong. (After waiting 2 weeks for a response). I went to see a doctor back in Minnesota, who called me back within 3 business days with my results stating there indeed was an infection. Hard evidence against the "care", integrity and concern for "their patients".
Gravely disgusted and disappointed. If there were negative stars, I would gladly rate them appropriately.
