  • The front desk person has no personality. No greeting as me and my daughter entered. I told the lady who cut my hair that I just need my split ends cleaned up. I said I liked my length and just needed about 1/2 inch off the bottom. She took forever and said she was dizzy because she was so hungry. After she was done, I noticed that she had cut about 4 inches off my length and my layers were very choppy.
