  • If I could give this zero stars, I would only because of Lori W. So unprofessional and so insensitive on so many levels. She made a derogatory remark asking if I was a "mail order bride"and gave an attitude when I asked to use the restroom prior to going back to start my testing. I normally don't have any issues with Quest but this was the first encounter I had to deal with someone who was so rude.
