  • I was really excited to try this place and had high hopes. My experience was awful. I booked a pedicure from 7:00-8:00 p.m. My appointment was late starting and shortly after my pedicure started staff started cleaning around me, emptying garbages, etc. I guess they were getting ready to close at 8:00, but it was really distracting and didn't help contribute to a relaxing spa experience. I felt like a nuisance. When my pedicure ended the girl who did it told me I would have to sit for 30 minutes and let the polish dry. I started to see staff leaving for the day, including the girl who did my pedicure. Eventually I was left alone with just the male bartender there. All the other staff had left. It made me feel really, really uncomfortable. I should not have been left alone in the establishment. Finally at 8:30 I got up, removed my paper booties and left. No one followed up or checked in. Everyone was gone. It was a really awful experience. Would never come back again or recommend it to friends.
