  • I just had a flat tire on the freeway. NDOT helps me change my tire and notices my struts are bad. They also mention that my spare full size tire is bigger than the rest. It starts to screech as I drive off. Since my flat tire was completely bald, I go back to Discount Tires to see if they can fix the alignment and what not for this problem. They refer me to Brake master up the street. I first immediately think that they are part of a scam, but continue to still go with some hope it won't be. I walk in and the place is very clean. I ask to see the manger Pat. I explain to him what happened and he takes me keys to see what's going on. He comes back in to read off all the current issues. He stresses the axle. As I continue to be skeptical, he brings me outside to lift my car and show me exactly what he is talking about. This really made me comfortable to trusting this place since usually mechanics NEVER do this. They usually just read off to you and say you NEED THIS! We go back inside for pricing. I explained to him that I can't afford all the work right now. Pat was very nice and prices me with the extreme necessities that my car would need to help prevent this happening again and safety. I would recommend this place to anyone. I feel very comfortable working with staff who not only explains but shows you the problems while making sure to be concern on your safety. I plan to continue to come back to this place to get the other parts of my car fixed once I get the funds. Plus only took about 4hours!
