| - Just came back from my lunch at The Mad Greek, and let's just say I am loving the gyro. I contemplated about saving half of it for later, but what do you know, I ate the whole darn thing. Meaty, tasty, with just enough tzatziki sauce and lettace, tomato & onion, decent portion, along with fries that's lightly seasoned (hey... I give them credit for at least trying to make standard frozen fries more appealing... not saying that they succeeded). The gyro is one of their daily lunch specials for $6.95, other options are: cheeseburger, chicken strips, grill chicken breast sandwich, kebab/chicken/souvlaki pita, all serves with french fries.
Let me clarify that I'm mostly writing about the food because this is definitely a "dumpy" looking place, with minimum service, and in my opinion the menu is a little lacking and kinda pricey for a joint like this. But for a quick lunch, it's solid and I'll be back to try the kebab pita.
