  • Tire and Battery section fails expectations! Line up and wait even if you do have an appointment! Poor management of work, failed to call when special order tires came in, tried calling to ask if my tires came in, but lengthy phone rings to the point that I had to ask the operator for a manager! Lack of consistency as to whom might do the actual work! I had purchased a battery one day and came back for tires on another day. Long waits on hard bench in the tire area, no decent waiting room, no TV, nothing! I hope that I saved some money, but not sure if it was worth my valuable time!
