| - Went in today for a haircut with Mary, I told her I want a side part, the first thing she does is ask her coworker something in Spanish. After I told her my lengths she cuts my hair, when she got a mirror and asked me how it was, I asked her to go a little shorter. She got really mad and instead of telling me her problem she starts complaining to her coworker in Spanish then proceeds to aggressively shave my side hair really hard against my scalp, during that time I asked twice what her problem was and she disregarded my questions. At the end when her coworker brought me upfront to pay I asked her what the problem was, apparently the girl who was cutting my hair(Mary) was mad that I wanted to go shorter because it was going to be more work. I explained to her that I am a paying customer, so it shouldn't matter if I want my hair a little shorter. Mary's coworker then tried to justify her passive aggression by telling me that she was paid more at her other job. She also tried to lie to me saying that most barber shops charge double for a standard men's haircut, which is completely false. Mary's attitude and behavior was very unacceptable, and her coworker trying to justify her actions is completely absurd. I heard great things about v barber, but I'd definitely would stay away from Mary. If she's the only barber available, I would wait for another barber.
