  • Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Yesterday I went and looked at a property, filled out an App, paid the application fee. I am self employed so my proof of income is my bank statements which show constant deposited of between 3500 to 4700 a month. Tonya called me today and right away her tone was very condescending towards me. She told me my bank statements were not good enough proof so I asked her what I would need and she said 1099 I informed her I did not have them. Then things got weird when she said to me "so I hear you're friends with my daughters ex boyfriend Corey" mind you I don't know anyone in their office or how she knew who my friends are and the tone of her voice made it clear she did not like my friend Corey! I believe because of this fact I am being discriminated against. I have an excellent rental history. I asked to speak to a manager I couldn't get one on the phone. I'm appalled on how they do business.
