  • The salon overall is a pretty cool. I have visited several times before and enjoyed all my services. My recent visit did not end so well. One thing I will say to anyone with a kinkier curl pattern make sure your stylist is familiar with your type of hair. Just because they are devacut certified does not mean they know how to cut your curly hair texture. All the stylist are really nice and the Salon has a nice atmosphere but sadly I will not be returning due to the status of my hair. *Update* Management did reach out to me to make things right. They understood my concerns and did not make me feel as if I was overreacting. Everyone was able to take ownership in the part they played. They did everything possible to make sure I felt the issue was properly addressed and rectified. This speaks to the high level of professionalism the Salon holds. Much respect to them.
