This place is fine so far as fitting for braces, boots, etc. The people that answer the phone and schedule appointments are EXTREMELY rude, unsympathetic, and not helpful in any way. My son has been in a brace for 3 months and needs fitted for a sports brace. He left crying because he had to wait another week to get in. 1 week is understandable, but the lack of empathy, and unwillingness to even entertain the idea of putting us on a cancellation list to call if someone cancelled their appointment was not. He's 8. If you don't like people, maybe get a job where you don't have to interact with them. Will never use the Monroeville office again. Also, be ready to pay upfront. We had to pay for his brace out of pocket even though it was eventually paid for by insurance. Just got a refund check 2 months later from them.
