  • I was so excited to find a place near me that sells Alex and Ani bracelets! However after stopping in here, I would rather just purchase them online and just wait for them to be shipped to me. Their customer service was pretty bad. I was standing by the Alex and Ani desk area for a good 5 minutes while 3 girls that worked there were just having casual conversation about their week and weekend. None of them even thought to help me or anything, I had to ask for help. And when I received the help, it was rushed and the girl seemed annoyed to have to help a customer. The store has a lot of great products and that's the only reason why I gave it 2 stars.
