They charged me after I cancelled my membership. I was physically in their location, filled out the paperwork and they guaranteed I would NOT incur anymore charges. And 1.5 weeks later, they charged my card. I am furious. This goes hand in hand with their total LACK of customer service.
Btw, this after I had the most horrendous "massage" (if you can call it a massage) by Lisa. I actually stopped the massage and left in the middle of it, it was that awful. I've never had such an experience at any massage, ever!
ps - I have a few massages that added up from the previous months - I will never use them. It's that bad.
