  • I canceled my membership due to a relocation. I canceled at the front desk and the lady said I was all set. The following month they took payment out of my account and caused an over draft. I had to pay 76.00 (membership fee plus over draft fee) for a month that I couldn't even use. I contacted the gym and asked to speak to manager. They said they'd call me back. I never heard from them. I contacted corporate office and never heard back.
