  • We just took our 3 year old little girl for her first dental exam on Friday. Yikes, I know, bad parent waiting so long, right? Anyhow, this visit exceeded our expectations. Each and every staff member we interacted with was polite, professional, and most importantly to me, very friendly and outgoing with my daughter. Our x-ray tech was great, and make her very at ease during the x-rays. Cassandra, our hygienist, explained what each tool was and what it was going to do before she began the cleaning. She even painted her nails for her while she waited for the doctor to come in. We're still talking about that bonus! Dr. Abrams was very friendly and great as well. The staff that handled the billing and future appointments explained everything very well, were very friendly and patient. The fact that my husband, our 18month old and myself got to sit in the exam area was very much appreciated by us as well as my daughter, especially since this was her first time at the dentist. The cool sunglasses and treat bins on our way out made the trip extra special and fun for our kids. One of the staff even called later in the afternoon to ask how our first trip was there and to see if we had any questions. In summary, we were very happy and impressed with the entire office and how accommodating they all were....would definitely recommend!
