  • I purchased a dishwasher which was scheduled to be installed by R&R Plumbing. They noticed the dishwasher was damaged, so instead of calling me and resolving the matter, they left and returned the dishwasher to the store. They scheduled to come back 1 week later to install the Wednesday before Thanksgiving from 4pm to 6pm. They arrived at the store and could not find the dishwasher, so instead of asking the Manager, they left and went home. I spoke to the Store Manager and he said they never asked for him in order to find the dishwasher. I called R&R at 5:10pm when I found out they weren't coming and of course they were closed for the holidays. Very disappointed that I waited 2 times and they never installed the dishwasher. I wish they would have called me both times when they had a challenge instead of just leaving. I will never use them in the future!
