  • if i could put a zero stars i would! invoices and charges always incorrect i was billed twice when they stated using the new billing in october 2015 and trying to fix errors is next to impossible. horrible communication, worst customer service 1 hour wait to talk to someone. sent my water to someone else house. stay far away from sparkletts.
