  • ZERO STARS seriously needs to be an option. This company is the worst management company I have ever encountered!! Unless you constantly hound them or resort to telling them that if they don't take care of a repair issue that you'll take care of it and take it off the rent chances are you won't get anything accomplished. They take no accountability for anything that happens. They will blame the owners, the vendors, anyone but themselves. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time and stress and avoid any property managed by them! If you already made the mistake do yourself a favor and become familiar with Arizona Tenants Rights.
