I visited this location on a recent business trip. I'm used to exceptional food and service when I have visited my local Chipotles in the Tampa, FL area. I was surprised and set back a bit when I walked into this location. It was a Wednesday night around 8pm and the line was almost out the door. Not a big deal you say, but when its 20 degrees out and snowing it does make a bit of a difference. I have no idea to this day why the line was so slow moving. My hunch is the staff really could care less that they had a line of people and were working at their own pace and had no sense of urgency or customer service. I waited for almost 20 minutes before I got to placing my order.
Once I placed my order, I got all the way down to the last person who adds the lettuce and bags the order. The entire process halted at this point as the girl at that position in the station decided she needed to wipe the counter first. When she couldnt find whatever cloth or napkin she was looking for she went to the back to look for it and stopped to chat with some co-workers before she came back to finish cleaning and bag my order. I literally stood there right before paying for a full 5 minutes before the line started moving again, not to mention the line behind me was almost out the door again. I was so glad to finally pay and leave this place. It seemed like such an exhausting ordeal to just get a burrito bowl from what's supposed to be a "fast" food restaurant.
Bottom line bring your patience if you are going to go to this location and have some time to wait for the staff to work at their own pace. I would have given this place 3-4 stars had the service been better as the food was fine, but the service really brought it down to a new low.
