Over the span of 3 months, I tried to like Cox, but in the end, they were subpar. The underlying issue was that the CSR's misrepresented their services and sold me inferior packages. I was promised a package that included all the bells and whistles at a price point that I was comforable with. Then after the "free" install, I discovered that I received about 25% of what I paid for. After immediately trying to cancel a portion of the package based on misrepresentation, I was charged for the install, and pro-rated the day of cable.
After spending at least 7 hours over the span of 2 weeks of being on the phone trying to resolve over charges and hardware issues, I gave up and cancelled my account. The last 2 CSRs were rude. #845304 and (supervisor?) #877251.
