  • Based on Yelp reviews and the clinic was open on a Sunday, we took our kitty, Stella, there for emergency surgery in April 2016. Stella loathes the vet. Our prior vet was scared of her. As sick as she was, she was calm at Norterra Animal Hospital. They shared with us that they used cat pheromones in the examination room. What an amazing thing. The staff and doctors couldn't have done anything better!! On a scale of 1-10, we'd give the a 20!! We took both of girls back for annual shots and checkups last Sunday. Both are doing fantastic and the staff and doctors were as "real" and caring as before. Oh and this place is a newer, super clean facility. We love them!!! - Bren & Mo
