  • Great ramen, I've been a regular for 3 years. So why minus 3 stars? The service tonight (Feb 2) was awful. The girl working gave off such a salty attitude that I even thought my ramen might have tasted salty. The place wasn't even busy, when I walked and told her how many people were in my party, she rolled her eyes and walked away so a different waiter had to seat me. After I got my ramen, I asked for grated ginger on the side..(this is what annoyed me and my bf the most) she gave me about less than a teaspoon. *see picture* and when I asked for more she said no "the ginger is very hard to grate for her" okay???????????? Then I asked for more water twice and it never came, she would walk past and glance down at our empty cups and ignored it. My bf and I had to stare her down while she was behind the counter taking to her coworker for about 10-15 min (we timed it) for her to get us water. We tried getting more water afterwards but it just took too long, so we paid and left. This was overall the worst experience at Ramen Sora.
