I've read up on a lot of shoe repair places and was very picky in choosing where to get my two pair of boots fixed. Both needed a new rubber thing under the heels and a zipper replacement on one of them. I was afraid of two things: being overcharged and them loosing my stuff. This place is a very old-school type that likely wont be around much longer as Gino is pretty old. He's a very sweet man who is the only one that runs the shop. His service was prompt (and you can call him to make sure it's ready before coming if he might be running late) and I thought I was going to pay way more than $25 to get it all fixed! I wouldn't go anywhere else. These shoe cobbler places - it's a dying skill. So I'm glad to have had gino's service!
