How disappointing! I have always stayed here when going to Calgary, but I was disappointed on my last stay Easter long weekend. There was a bandaid in the pool and the pool area was filthy. I went to the front desk and told them about the bandaid and all 3 staff at the front desk just stared at me and never said anything! I felt awkward and said "thank you" expecting them to come and get it out, but it remained there all 3 nights! I can't believe not one of them said "sorry about that. We will take care of that." When I got home I had an email survey they wanted me to complete so I explained my concern as I did just now. The assistant manager emailed me back on April 8th saying he's informed the management team and asked I give them another try in the future as they would give me free breakfast and to contact him directly (Omkar Kulkarni). On April 10th I emailed him back thanking him and stating I also never had my Radisson rewards added to my account yet for the stay and asked if he could look into that. I received no reply for 15 days so I emailed him again on April 25th and again, I have received no reply. My rewards are still not added. It should not be this much work. I will never stay here again.
