So I went to this place because I needed a notary to sign a document and felt why not give this place a chance.
Pros: they require no apportionment and the day that I went was so cold there was no waiting line. They are near the Sheppard subway station if you are taking public transit.
Cons: no free parking. I parked in the green lot behind the building for $4. The notary cost was ~ $50 for one signature. I think that is steep for what is basically having someone verify that it was me signing a document.
Bottom line is that this place is convenient (most notaries are downtown) but you will pay for it.
