I bought a monthly pass. I went regularly and by doing so, their machinery damaged my hubcap. My compact car never ran through on their tracks smoothly. Their equipment popped off my hubcap and was subsequently damaged with a large crack running through it. It is a relatively new car and in great condition. It went in with 4 hubcaps and came out with three! They reviewed their cameras and acknowledged that my hubcap came off with the tire washing part of their equipment. However they blamed me for having a defective hubcap!! Should your car be scratched or damaged like mine, you will be treated with disrespect to the extent that the problem was caused by the customer. I won't be back. This place is not about customer service. It is about profit. They perceive repeat customers with a degree of distrust. How "freaky" is that??To confirm their poor customer service I now provide the following update. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Clean Freak has ignored this organizations request to provide a response or remedy. Several months later, Clean Freak has not responded to the BBB request for resolution. Plenty of other car wash places to do business with. Avoid this one!!
