If I could give them zero stars I would. Hands down the absolute worst car buying experience of my entire life. Do not trust their advertising and read everything VERY carefully. They try to rename fees and hide them in the fine print and then give run around explanations when you question the fees. They do not honor warranties and added items advertised as "included in the price". They waste your time (ie: 7hrs to finalize buying a car with a set certified price that was not being negotiated) and are horribly disrespectful and condescending (especially the sales manager, Andrew Johnson). They delivered a dirty vehicle with an empty tank of gas (ie: had to fill up at the closest station just to get home) without the certified pre-owned warranty inspection completed (confirmed by Hyundai corporate). They admittedly will not honor add-on items and additional warranties advertised as already included on the vehicle and pricing. I only went to this dealership because I used the USAA car buying service and when I called USAA with my concerns, they explained that they had multiple complaints on this dealership for all of the same and were in process of removing them as a certified USAA dealer. Do your homework and read other reviews and see their "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau. I wish we had and don't want anyone else to go through what we have.
