Interesting photography can be seen hung neatly on side walls of the cafe section (at $350 a piece). There was a long communal table for customers to work on, but the most appealing thing about this store was that there were lots of white spaces that lit up the store brightly giving a sense of tranquillity. Must say, the cute succulent plants really provided a lovely contrast against the white interior. Only drawback was that it lacked seating, mainly because some people left their bags on the seats when it could have been used by paying customers...C'MON! Further inside was a trendy boutique but we did not take a look, because for sure one would expect to be seeing astronomical prices.
Ordered a cortado and a latte. The cortado was tasty! Good consistency of milk to espresso. The latte had a little too much steamed milk but was not too bad. Not sure whether it was the beans they used from de Mello Palheta (Dancing goat) or the way it was made, but the bitterness left a sour aftertaste.
But would definitely return to try other items.
