  • My wife and I have been going here for a number of years. The staff is great, usually. There seems to be a core family staff that is excellent, but after the core group, there seems to be a lot of staff turnover. The service at that level is a bit uneven. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The decor is getting very dated. Some of the massage functions on the chairs do not work and it would appear to be time to do a refresh. Overall, I give it a three.
