  • An absolute disappointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30, at 2:06 I get a call from Briahna asking if I could come at 3. I told her I was already on my way, but I'll wait. When I arrived at 3, she was washing someones' hair, and said to give her a few minutes. At about 3:30....."I'm sorry I'm running late, I just need to dry her hair". Being that I had drove from the Northwest, and had been truly looking forward to this appointment all week.......like a dummy I waited. I have lived in Vegas for 15 years and have gone to a beautician twice. This experience has told that it's just not in the cards for to have my hair done in this town. I was scheduled for a "curly cut" and a "wash and go".......I left with my hair washed, ends trimmed(nothing near the pic of the shape I showed her), and a wet afro. To top it all off....I was probably IN the salon LESS time than I sat in the hallway waiting.
