I really like this place as an alternative to Smith's or Albertsons and it doesn't have the pretentious customers of other stores. Yes, there is an overwhelming amount of vitamins, supplements, and personal care items, but I have found the prices to be comparable to say online shopping of similar products. The fruit/veggie selection can be slim at times, but I have seen it more well stocked in recent visits. I personally am thankful for the selection of vegan options ranging from frozen foods to cheese and milk. The store has a room for classes that promote healthy living/cooking classes. I appreciate the rule of NO plastic bags- bring your own bags or use the cardboard boxes they provide. The checkout line can be slow so don't come in a rush. I shop here about 2 times a month when I want a change of pace from my usual grocery store and to add a little spice to my grocery cart.
