  • The main thing about these guys is they're honest. We're out of town but own investment property in Phoenix -perfect set up to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous maintenance and management companies, right? So our property manager calls one day and says they found bedbugs. Hard for me to verify, not being there. They call an exterminator who comes out and confirms, yep, you've got bedbugs. And heat treating the house will be $4200. So I call Anthony and get him to come out for a second opinion. He comes out promptly, checks the house, and tells me firstly that the same treatment would be about a third of what the other guys quoted, but -and here's the kicker -there are no bedbugs! Wish there were more businesses like this -who build their reputation through honesty and customer service rather than taking advantage of people.
