I gave this salon and Jenn Kidd a second chance and i still am underwhelmed. it's time to move on, and so i did. The prices are a little high only because i didn't love my hair afterwords.
I also received a message from someone trying to boss me into removing this review. Who it was from i don't know for sure but, i don't appreciate this attitude. Yelp is all about giving my experiences and they don't have to agree with everyone else's. I do think this salon has a chain atmosphere and environment, get'em in, get'em out. 7 locations is not a "few local stores". It is impossible to maintain a connection to your customer base and have consistency in customer service with this many locations and honestly...it shows.
