Very tasty food, but nothing spectacular is the final verdict I have to give to Umi.
We did the full tasting menu which had plenty of food and sashimi. The combinations of the cuts of fish with the sauces the chef adds do taste delicious, but as it went on, it became clear that almost everything had a sweet flavor. There wasn't a lot of distinction from 1 fish to the next. Presentation was also very simple, I feel like more could've been done than 3 pieces of sashimi laid next to each other.
As I said it did still taste very delicious overall, but for a 5 star, I would expect a little more in terms of presentation and creativity for the price point.
