OVERRATED/OVERPRICED
Funny, last time I looked at the reviews for this place they were all negative hmm. Unfortunately I had to eat here again because we were meeting friends.
I guess I again picked all the wrong items to eat since there are now so many good reviews for this place. I don't eat seafood so perhaps that makes it over the top?
Saturday Brunch for 4 cost $216.00 (LOL!)
Scrambled eggs - very watery but excellent flavor
Prime rib - okay but expected so much more
Fritata - overpowering spinach taste, hard/inedible/needed a knife to cut into it!
Sausage - didn't care for it at all/tough unique flavor.
Breakfast potatoes - good
Meatballs - tough didn't like the flavor
Salami and cheese - okay, like any other nothing special.
Watermelon juice - not chilled enough and in a very difficult glass to drink out of.
Mac n cheese - okay, like any other
Coffee - sucked and though we asked for more cream the server just kept bringing out one tiny creamer each time (for 4 people!) So he had to bring more cream out numerous times, so ridiculous! That cream must be sacred.
We always go for at least seconds which we didn't do and I always go up for seconds on something i loved but that didn't happen either. No buffet is worth $50.00pp especially brunch unless you are a gavone! Service was good but WE HAD TO always catch him when zooming by otherwise we would have had no service but our server was really nice but probably stressed from to many tables.
