  • My family is looking to relocate to Las Vegas. To help us understand the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, school districts, and the real estate market we needed a lot of help. A friend recommended that we contact Karina - an agent who knows Vegas not only as a real estate agent, but as a resident who's lived here for most of her life and as a parent who has kids in the local school system. Firstly, my husband and I were impressed with Karina by the promptness with which she returned my message. Secondly, we were impressed by her punctuality and, then, were completely blown away by her professionalism. Karina picked us up at our hotel. She knew our kids would be coming with us and was totally prepared by having a children's movie, snack and drinks ready for them in the car. For us she had very informative materials on relocating to Vegas. Even though Karina knew we were looking at properties to aid us in the relocation decision, she pretty much spent with us the whole day. Karina took us to the area that was very well suited for our family in terms of property sizes, prices and quality of schools. She showed us properties that were in our price range and met our bedroom count requirements. She explained which areas would have newer and which areas would have older homes, she explained about the upgrades for new constructions, about various township fees, and how property taxes are calculated. Karina is very personable, professional, capable and knowledgeable. She is also very patient as the kids were not in their best behavior especially towards the end of the day. Karina will definitely be our agent once we finalize our relocation plans and I will always recommend her to anyone who asks.
