  • Hands down the BEST supermarket in Northeast Ohio. I grew up in a town with a Wegman's - pretty great store, Heinen's is every bit as good and has a way broader selection of products and an incredibly nice looking, well planned store. The staff is what really sets it apart - no lazy cashiers or indifferent clerks, everyone is happy to help you and they WANT to help you. Incredibly personable staff - not sure how they do it but it'd be worth paying more for that service alone. But that's the thing - Heinen's products are extremely competitively priced (I can get better deals here than at Marc's on many pantry items). If you've never been, go to the one in Avon - it is so worth it.
