I purchased a microwave from Lowe's in Concord, NC on Friday, March 9. I have yet to get an installation date for the microwave. I have returned the call from R & R several times and asked that I be called on my cell phone. Instead, they call my home which I am never there during the work week. I am at a loss for words how you even get in touch with anyone at this company. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
