I will never shop at Lowe's Home Improvement again. They have the worst customer service. On Thursday I put in two online orders; one for some pipe and one for some insulation foam. Both items were in stock at the West Henderson store according to the website. Later in the day, I received a call from the store that they didn't have the insulation foam in stock even though the website says they did. The website hasn't changed and still says they have 22 sheets of the foam. I only need 14 sheets. This was strike one for their customer service. Instead of calling the customer and saying that you don't have it and canceling the order, why don't you just get the product from another store? This should be a seamless process that the customer doesn't even know that there is a problem. For the second order of pipe, I received a call last night that it would be delivered today from 6-8pm. I waited until 8:30pm and still no delivery. I called the delivery customer service number and was on hold for over 45 minutes listening to the same song over and over again. Now for strike two...The guy then comes on and tells me that my order had been canceled by the store and I should have heard from the store. No call from the store. I wasted my evening and missed dinner with the family for an order that was never going to arrive. Obviously, Lowe's does not think that my time or business is important.
