I am not so sure that the 2 reviews I see for this location are for the right place... unless these are the people that the employees stand and talk to instead of helping others. I actually wrote the corporate Starbucks contact about this store. It is that bad. I do know that they give a lot of free stuff away, I have had several people I know that frequent there brag about it. This may be why they return because the service is just horrible. You wait in line as someone does dishes. They don't turn around and offer a quick 'hello' or 'just a moment'... nothing. There was a line when they turned around to start the dishes, it didn't disappear. Well, actually I have seen people walk away due to waiting so long. Maybe 30-40% of the time, they are out of something, the espresso machine isn't working or something of that nature. I have not been back since I wrote the corporate office, maybe it has changed... good luck if you stop by to find out!
