  • I'm sure the theater video and audio quality is excellent but I wouldn't know. I had some car problems earlier in the day and I was still able to make it to this theater 10 minutes late for a premier movie night of 'Alien' . Huge Ridley scott fan and I was hoping a few friends And potential creative business project and co horror film and Ridley scott fans. 10 minutes late for a 9:50 viewing , was worried I might have a hard time finding friends in a dark room with previews playing... instead the hostess had already shut down every terminal for buying tickets and with a little smile on her face told me the theater was closed. I said you're joking right ? I've walked into theaters 30 minutes late in other places. At the very least good Customerservice would be to let me a Customer go in free. I offers to come back the next day to pay. I was flabbergasted at the attitude of the smiling employee. I thought to myself if this was he premier to the Sopranos come back movie I've heard rumors about , I would understand. What is wrong with I'm sure a small group of persons in he theater/ drama world ???? Don't think i will ever go back.
