I figure its time for an update. The positive first - I am happy to be in my 1st month of Invisalign (much needed). Last appointment went well, the new Invisalign assistant technician is super friendly (will fill in name). The final fitting of the trays was somewhat uncomfortable and strange to me - if I knew what to expect I would be more relaxed. There is some staff turnover happening, front desk folks are seemingly in a rush (guess that's normal). Susan is still there and great Teri is not there - she is someone I miss The beginning of my treatment plan was rough - some miscommunication and I believe a case of trying to secure my business without the full research on what my husband's plan covered(oversight). Then the email/text reminders got discombobulated , had a set appointment then got canceled (text mess up) then from atleast 3 staff members - I was told how they could not reach me and made me feel aukward . One last thing - front desk staff is your frontline, customers are extra observant so treat them nicely and they'll be loyal. Even if its 5:30pm and you are off, gently and discretely hand-off the patient to your coworker, perhaps explain to the patient so they can understand.
My Invisalign can't correct my problems 100% as was explained to me but it will be a marked improvement so I am glad to finally do it.
