  • I shop this Best Buy at Fiesta Mall about twice a year (always for an advertised item) and every visit results in frustration. I was looking for a microwave oven advertised in the weekly ad. Yep, they were out of stock. They did not even have a floor model on display, so when they referred me to another store, I did not even know if I should make the trip over there since I did not know if the interior capacity would meet my needs. I already know that large appliances (such as a fridge, stove or dishwasher) will not be in stock since they order those from California and it takes 10-14 days for the appliance to reach AZ. I have also made trips over here for advertised dvds only to have them not in stock. They now price match, but if they do not have advertised items in stock, I will resume making purchases from local stores or from Amazon if the item is not available from a local store.
