| - Places like Jiffy Lube can get a bad rep very easily because this type of auto service model is like a commodity. On the other hand, that's also why it's very easy to do it well. I've stopped into this location a few times because it's very convenient for me. I go to my dealer for routine maintenance, but I like to use chain shops now and again for the odd thing here and there. The first was to have my state inspection done, which was pretty painless (especially since I could walk home to wait). I stopped in just now because I've been having issues getting my tires all inflated to the proper PSI at gas station air pumps, and finally just decided to let some pros handle it and make sure I don't have a valve stem leak or something. There two people in the shop. One was working on a car, and the other took me in right away, checked and topped off my tires, and I was back on my way in about 10 minutes. They verified that all 4 were at the right PSI, there didn't seem to be any issues filling them up, and oh by the way, my next inspection is due in a few months. And did I mention this was all free? It's not just that, but this shop is exceptionally clean and the staff was very pleasant and didn't act inconvenienced at all by something as basic as a tire pressure check. That's the kind of thing that differentiates you from your competitors in that space, and that's what will keep me coming back.
