| - If I could give negative stars, I would. We recently upgraded our phones, & turned in the old phones. Almost 2 weeks later, I got an email from Verizon saying the old phones had not been returned. I went to the store & was told, "we are waiting for shipping boxes, and as soon as we have them, they'll be shipped." Ok. Then another 9 days goes by, and I get a phone call from Verizon saying the phones haven't been returned. Went back to the store, and was told they had been shipped. Then got my Verizon bill, and the cost of the phones was on the bill. I called Verizon customer service, who told me the phones hadn't been returned. Went back to the store and was told they were shipped but they didn't know when and the tracking numbers didn't reflect any info on the USPS website. Finally went back on a day off and insisted they find the phones. While I waited, phone calls were made to the former manager, the district manager, etc. Finally the rep came out and said 'we found the phones.' They were in the store...on top of the safe. I took them and shipped them myself. Low and behold, tracking info is on the website now. Funny how that works when they actually get shipped.
Avoid this store!!!!! They don't care and just blow you off if you don't insist they take care of the problem!!!!!!
