  • I have heard a lot of complaints about this particular location, but gave it no thought until I had to contact them for a tire replacement today. They sell Falken tires, however because I did not buy my original tire from them, they are making it really difficult to return the tire for Warranty replacement. My tire separated so I was advised to go to ANY retailer that sold that tire and they would send it back to Falken. Not Kal Tire in Airdrie. "Adam" says I have to buy a new set of tires from them first, and then they will send the defective tire back to Falken for Possible warranty. When I told him I didn't need the tire for about 6 months as this is a summer tire, he got really cranky and said it could up to a year to get the new tire. This is a total rip off from Kal tire, and a money grabbing scheme. They did NOT handle this in a professional manner. Adam was Pissed we did not buy the tire originally from them, so he is not going to make this a pleasant experience. NO problem Adam, I have a call in to Falken tires and will deal with them. I will make sure to pass this info on to anyone that will listen, and to my son who has purchases all of his tires from you for his business. Very unprofessional!!
