  • My regular company that cleans my carpet was unavailable when I needed them. Understood. So, a friend referred me to blue bird. Called and some snotty lady answered the phone like I was bothering her. I tried to get a price for my carpets, but again, it was too much of a pain for her. At least that was the impression I got. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager she said, "He does not take sales calls" Well, good for him. He did a great job of losing a potential client. Never got the chance to have them do any work. Told my friend who referred me and she will no longer work with them either.
