  • Do no use this airline. This has been a nightmare! We made it to the gate before our time and had to use the bathroom. Flight was at 11:10, we were there at 11:05, and they still would not let us enter the plane. A party of four, will have to wait for the next flight, more than 5 hours. This poor lady Ilene at customer service had to try and fix this, which should have been resolved with a quick decision at the gate.
