  • These guys are doing some extremely creative and cool things in the US craft beer world. Centered around Belgian brewing techniques, the beers and experience is truly something out of Europe. Their staple Good Morning Vietnam is a blonde ale combined with coffee beans from Charlotte's own Enderly Coffee and a hint of vanilla. They are also one of only a few places in the US experimenting with fermenting their beer in a Foeder (large oak barrel, 30 bbl size). This gives a sour taste to the beer that awakens your senses. Wooden Robot has a clear vision and is executing perfectly, it is my new favorite Charlotte brewery.
