  • University Oaks has been very flexible and willing to work with me! I studied abroad in the fall semester and took over a lease from someone who was to study abroad in the spring. Oaks is right across the street from the back side of Kent's Main Campus near Tri Towers, making for a convenient location. The apartments themselves are fairly modern and come pre-furnished, which was a huge plus! I have had a few maintenance issues but they were solved within a couple of days at most, but otherwise no other real issues. Overall I rate my experience four out of five stars and would recommend to others for the perks offered and for the friendly staff eager to help with any issues.
